The telephone service offering information and guidance to Brussels entrepreneurs has a new reception space at 110, chaussée de Charleroi in Saint-Gilles.
Since Tuesday 2 May, Brussels entrepreneurs are able to speak to advisors from Service 1819 directly without the need for a phone. When visiting, entrepreneurs are able to ask their questions while discovering the range of services available for developing their projects.
From phone to counter
Operational for 7 years, on the initiative of the Brussels Capital Region, the 1819 concept has experienced exponential development; visits to its online portal have doubled in just one year, increasing from 30,000 visits to almost 60,000.
The change from the phone to the counter also provides greater availability and facilitates contact because, as highlighted by Jean-Olivier Collinet from JobYourself (FR), “entrepreneurship is 80% human and 20% planning.” Information and communication is essential for maintaining the motivation of our Brussels entrepreneurs.
In 2016, 6,000 entrepreneurs found answers to their questions. Have questions? Come and ask them at 110, chaussée de Charleroi, from Monday to Friday 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
