Factory Forty

Located in the south of Brussels, close to Brussels-South railway station and the Ring, Factory Forty is an atypical place offering a coworking space, private offices and event venues in a bucolic environment. This design space combining vintage furniture and the latest technology offers a countryside feel in the heart of the city, with its garden and chicken coop. A warm and inspiring setting for a whole community of hybrid workers, freelancers and small business owners.

Factory Forty also holds sustainability in high esteem :

• installation of solar panels at the end of 2019 in order to be energy self-sufficient

The coworking space can accommodate up to 40 people and the 5 meeting rooms, from 2 to 150 people for all types of innovative business events.
